You will be responsible for shipping costs for RETURNS.
1. RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY
Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return for store credit.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Support: Email us at hello@goldandtruejewelry.com with the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
In your email, please include:
Your Order Number.
The item(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return.
3. Shipping the Return
Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
Shipping Method: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund for store credit.
Once we receive your returned item we will notify you of the receipt and the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
