Due to the personalized and custom nature of the product we do not accept returns.

However, we are more than happy to offer a credit that does not expire for future use.  All items purchased with a discount code are FINAL PURCHASE.

ERRORS OR SIZE MISHAPS: If there is an error in spelling or sizes that aren't quite right we are more than happy to redo and fix this issue to make your piece wonderful.
