GOLD & TRUE JEWELRY is handmade with care and utmost intention.  We’re honored to create something meaningful for you, and we want it to reach you safely.

We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of the keepsake we’re making for you. 

Generally, most custom pieces ship within 7-10 days from the date of order, sometimes sooner upon request. Production time varies based on how many photos, curing time, and many other variable elements that occur during our proprietary process. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. 

We offer complimentary First Class USPS Shipping within the continental United States, or faster shipping products at the customer’s expense. International customers pay a rate based on shipping product and location. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
